Xrp buy screen in trust wallet is broken

Hi, I just bought £100 of xrp = 361. I payed via my bank & pressed send. I went to your screen to say i had paid ( 2 screens ?). Insted of the we are sending you your purchase & alarm clock pic a screen asked me to pay & gave a countdown digital timer of 34 mins. I had already paid & no gui switch to confirm i had paid you 100. My bank shows i paid you also. I was going to buy 200 xlm that very hour but i cant do so untill this xrp issue has been resolved. Im sure it will & its just a glitch. I hope this feedback will help you provide a classy delivery for future purchases. Many thanks

  Thanks it arrived but heres a funny thing

  You sent 493 xrp for £133.

  I only paid you 100.

  I already had 2,116 xrp in the trust wallet so this extra £33.00 xrp should have put my balance at 2609 xrp ?

  The actual balance is 2 476 xrp.

  So what is going on there at trust wallet ?

  I alledgedly recived more xrp than i ordered ( not true )

  The xrp trust wallet said i had recived should have been 2,609 in my wallet ( not true )

  So either they deducted xrp out of my wallet to create the masarged 2 476 xrp & added 493 xrp.

  Or they didnt give me 493 xrp or charge me £33 extra.

  They gave me the 361 xrp i payed for & added that to my existing xrp?

  Either way what trust wllet is saying & what it is doing are not matching up.
