Trying to buy eth from wallet keeps on asking copy of ID

Trying to buy eth from my wallet... Keeps asking access camera and copy of ID, which firstly I'm not sure why as I'm the only one that has access to my wallet and bank account and feel it's a safety risk to give copies of same, also even though I did, you keep on telling me it's a digital copy when it's not and your camera keeps blurring my pics and tells me I must keep my hand steady, but the whole thing is out of focus, also the selfie turns my face into a sketch and then you tell me I'm refused because it's a digital copy of me??? So my first problem is, why ask me copies of my ID and private details, which to me puts me at a security risk... I'm trying to buy eth, do obviously I'm buying it for myself from my wallet, so why ask me identification, as long as you get your money for what I'm buying... And secondly it's my original documents, so why refuse me from trying to purchase by saying my selfie and my ID is not from a true copy or not my face????
