Where is my money

I’ve purchased coins with this app a couple times and it has been fine, but I did one last night, and it’s still processing, WHERE IS MY MONEY, it already left my acc, I want answers, they have not replied to my emails, please respond, I’ll give this a couple more hours, but I’m very disappointed
